Simply Publications ("Us" or "We") is the sole owner of information collected on this site to purchase most products and services from The Lacrosse Mall (refer to the paragraph on "Sharing" for the limited exceptions to this). We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any third parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations, order status updates, and to provide you with information on products and services that are available from us or parties associated with us.

We may also use such information to better understand the shopping experiences of you individually or in conjunction with a group of our customers. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and financial information such as your credit card or other payment information. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. Registration

In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important Lacrosse Mall services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.

Order

Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, or other types of payment information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we, or any Lacrosse Mall Provider has trouble processing an order or after-sales service is needed, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. Log Files

Sharing

Be aware that when you volunteer information, create a public profile in the course of your participation in our community, or use features such as forums, user opinions and reviews, chat rooms, photo sharing or other forms of public communication and interaction, you are also agreeing to allow certain aspects of your personally identifiable information to be made public. Testimonials

The testimonials section of  The Lacrosse Mall website is for the purpose of sharing positive experiences that you have had with Lacrosse Mall, with certain products, with certain services, or with certain merchants associated with Lacrosse Mall. The testimonials section is moderated to ensure accurate and positive testimonials. Published testimonials are genuine, but Lacrosse Mall reserves the right to edit or alter such to remove personal information, statements that may be a violation of law, or statements that may infringe on the rights of Lacrosse Mall or third parties. Email This Page

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Lacrosse Mall does not store this information and only uses this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Children

Lacrosse Mall does not sell products for purchase by children. Youth-oriented products are sold for purchase by adults only. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use Lacrosse Mall in the presence of a consenting parent or guardian. Security

Lacrosse Mall takes precautions to protect its customers' information. When you submit personal information via the website, we follow policies and procedures designed to protect your information both online and offline, examples of which are as described below.

Access to all of our users' information is restricted. Lacrosse Mall operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in and wear valid ID badges. Security cameras are positioned throughout the building in conjunction with multiple alarm systems. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. If you wish to have your financial information removed at the time of your order, you may opt to have your financial information deleted from our records upon completion of your order. Otherwise, you may contact us to request that your information be deleted from our database. For future transactions, you will be required to re-enter your information.

Special Offers

To honor the privacy of our users, we offer the option to not receive special offers. You may opt to not receive these types of communications by changing your Newsletter Subscription preferences.
